PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCES
For about 6years, I had many chances to collaborate with great individuals and teams to accomplish project objectives. I worked as a mechanical product inspector specializing in oil and petrochemical equipment. As our company's expectation for our inspection team was "Never Produce Defective Equipment at Our Factory!," I used my values as a guide and took the responsibility seriously as a professional. In fact, if a petrochemical plant stops operating a day, it would cost our customer $1million. It was such a scary number for a young college graduate, but with my commitment to my responsibility, I developed the skills and knowledge necessary through observation, conversation, analysis, actions, reflection, and collaboration with my team and my customers. I would not have gained the following skill sets and experiences without the great individuals, teams, mentors, and customers who trusted me and kept pushing me to be better. I hope to leverage these assets by combining my experiences from the University of Oregon Sports Product Management Program to take the first step into the sports product industry.
